It has been a very,very,very long time since I have even thought of this blog. My Instagram account doesn't even link to it anymore. Thankfully not much in our life has changed. The kids are growing up and we are busier than ever. Looking back I see that my very first post was about 6 and half years ago! My 2 big kids were in 1st and 3rd grades! Now Noah is in 7th and Emma is a freshman! Caleb was an adorable little 1 year old and now he is in the second grade. All that heartache I went through 5 years ago. I wanted just one more baby. So badly. I prayed and prayed for God to bless us. We were faithful through that storm and now our sweet rainbow baby will be 4 in just a month.




These babies are now these bigger kids you see below.


My heart swells when I look at them. When they are not fighting,bickering, or stomping around they simply take my breath away. Each of them beautiful and talented in their own ways....... When I was younger I didn't want to be a mom. Now I couldn't imagine being anything else!

This year Tim and I had the opportunity to go to Memphis Tennessee through his job. We had a great time and got to stay at the luxurious Peabody Hotel, known for it's ducks!




So anyways I'm back on here because a few friends were asking how I feed my family of 6 on a budget of $400 a month. I'm going to gather receipts and start putting my recipes up for those interested.


I'll do my best to keep up but I'm now the secretary for the band boosters and the meal ministry coordinator for my church. After my husband and kids those will take priority. Like I said- busier than ever.
