- 35 Y/O wife to Tim and mom to Emma,Noah,Caleb, Stella and 2 babies in Heaven.Trying to walk in the path of the Lord and carrying my family with me. I love our 1902 home we purchased more 10 years ago. It is constantly evolving and goes through whatever changes my little heart desires. I love vintage treasures and I'm always on the hunt for them! My hope is that this blog will be a constant scrapbook for my family and home,a place to make new friends and just somewhere to lay out my thoughts, even if they aren't beautiful or inspiring. Thankful Thursday #6
- My husband. Oh,how this man has come a long way! The baby-faced skater boy that I fell in love with is now a hard working.bearded business man. I was so worried when he was laid off last year. Why though? His smarts got him in the door to the first place he interviewed with.He works so hard for his family and takes such good care of us. Sometimes I would wonder why God put us together as we can be so very different but of course he knew what he was doing. We balance each other out. Plus he gives into my on all my crazy ideas(big parties, full creative rights to the house, trying new foods.....)I love you Tim!!!
-Hot water.Yep. A week ago our tank pooped out on us. Tim came home from work and installed a new one right away with a friend of ours. Never realized how much I depended on hot water after I went 10 hours without any.
-Open Windows. Lovely, cool, fresh fall air is coming in. It is lovely. Today my Scentsy has 'Root Beer Float' to compliment the fresh air. My nose is happy.
-My friend Jill- She has had the very same busy week as me and asks me every day if I would like a ride. I would never ask for one as I do not like to depend on others. But our rides in the car are filled with girl talk, school mom stuff and wondering what alien life forms took over the bodies of sweet little girls and turned them into scary-almost-teenagers. Hmmm,if and when I finally do drive I will miss my car rides with Jill. Again,God knew what he was doing when he made us friends. He's awesome like that!!!
