35 Y/O wife to Tim and mom to Emma,Noah,Caleb, Stella and 2 babies in Heaven.Trying to walk in the path of the Lord and carrying my family with me. I love our 1902 home we purchased more 10 years ago. It is constantly evolving and goes through whatever changes my little heart desires. I love vintage treasures and I'm always on the hunt for them! My hope is that this blog will be a constant scrapbook for my family and home,a place to make new friends and just somewhere to lay out my thoughts, even if they aren't beautiful or inspiring. InstaFriday 8-5

First of all, I'm not liking that these are the only posts that I've been doing but this summer is so crazy busy. I also regret that last night I did not take a single photo while I had 40 or so of my neighbors sitting on my front lawn for our first ever block party!!! It was a success and through all of it I made a new friend Jennifer(This was all her idea). A mommy friend on my very own street. That makes me happy. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that many of my neighbors are Christian and they go to the local non-denominational church. I've been trying to get Tim to try it with me. But my family is very happy at our current church. I just kind of want something a bit smaller and closer to home these days. It's easy to fall through the cracks in a very large church.

We have lived here for 10 years now and this was our first time meeting most of these people. Everyone was so nice and we had a ton of food.Too much food.

Now onto this weeks photo dump.......

This is the sunset I caught coming out the mall last Friday night.BFF Josie and I immediately put down those Bath and Body Works bags and  started snapping away.

I'd had this owl Scherenschnitte piece for a few years now. I finally got around to modge-podging it to some really pretty, sparkly scrap booking paper and framing it. Posted it on my FB and it was a hit! I can't wait to make more.(Not the Scherenschnitte,I bought that on eBay)

Caleb chillin' on the porch with cousins and freezepops......can summer really get any better than this when you're 4??

On Sunday we went to Chuck E.Cheese for my niece's 3rd Bday. This is Tegan and her Daddy(my little brother!!) in the ticket blaster together. It was hilarious to watch.

Yes,my child seriously does smile ALL.THE.TIME.
