As I mentioned before I work outside the home a little here and there. I've been with my company/organization for nearly 13 years. In fact I started there less than a week after meeting Tim. I was only 20 years old, living at home with my parents and wearing baggy
Jnco khaki's to work everyday. I had my eyebrow pierced and lived on a diet on Taco Bell and coffee from Eat n Park. (This is how Tim and I got to know each other,We'd sit in Eat n Park all night, drink coffee, make towers out of coffee creamers and talk).
I started out part time. Then after 2 years I went full time which I did for 6 years.
Working full time with 2 little kids is HARD. I commend all mom's who work outside the home because I did it and I know it's not easy. When I had Caleb nearly 5 years ago went to part time and now with Stella I'm what you'd call an occasional. I'm pretty blessed they work with me and are so flexible. I basically let them when and if I'm available and my boss schedules me according to what hours she has for me (weekend only). These days when I do come in I pretty much just answer the phones. It's an easy gig.

This week at work they've had an interesting visitor, The Life Size Mousetrap! I took a picture of the cute, dancing mice girls. |

Noah spent 3 days/nights at my parents to hang out with cousin Jake. I think they played Halo:Reach the whole time.

I usually stink at keeping plants alive. However I've had great success with these basil and mint plants purchased in the produce section at the Giant Eagle.

Look what I did with the basil!! A delicious Caprese salad for the RFL wrap up picnic! BTW,this picture was taken with the encouragement of Jill who said it was beautiful and to take a pic before she dove in!! |
