|Ingredients: 2lbs of chicken breast,Redpack Crushed tomato's,seasoning,shredded cheddar,cream cheese and tortilla's|
Place Chicken in crockpot. I prefer to use the crockpot liners. They are a lifesaver! Season the chicken well and pour tomato's over chicken. Season the sauce as well (I used taco seasoning,Janes Crazy Salt and cumin.) Place on cook for 8 hours.With about 1 hour to go Shred your chicken up with a fork and add the cheddar cheese. Then add your block of cream cheese and put the lid back on for the last hour.Stir cream cheese in when that last hour is up and serve on tortilla's or over rice. Sometimes we also add corn and beans to this.
