Sunday: Ham steaks,scrambled eggs and English muffins with jelly or honey.
Monday: Mediterranean chicken(Chicken with tomatoes,spinach and feta served over couscous).
Tuesday: Lazy stuffed cabbage casserole-all the ingredients thrown in a pan and baked!
Wednesday: Pizza and salad.
Thursday: Pork chops, creamed spinach and Crash Hot Potatoes
Friday: Cheese Ravioli with salad.
PS--- I made Blondies today using my favorite recipe from Jaime. Only I used chocolate and butterscotch chips, and no nuts.
