Tim came up with the idea of making our own sushi. We had been indulging in it almost every Saturday all summer and our habit was getting a bit pricey.
So we compared this to our local grocery store take out and the sushi buffet take out. We saved about $25 doing it this way!

That is so impressive. I have wanted to also make our own. I even have the nori in the cupboard. That looks as though you have done it a hundred times.
