35 Y/O wife to Tim and mom to Emma,Noah,Caleb, Stella and 2 babies in Heaven.Trying to walk in the path of the Lord and carrying my family with me. I love our 1902 home we purchased more 10 years ago. It is constantly evolving and goes through whatever changes my little heart desires. I love vintage treasures and I'm always on the hunt for them! My hope is that this blog will be a constant scrapbook for my family and home,a place to make new friends and just somewhere to lay out my thoughts, even if they aren't beautiful or inspiring. A work in Progess

So this is my room. Well except when guests come to town. It is not finished yet as it desperately needs a fresh coat of paint. This was Noah's room when we first moved in. Now he shares the room across the hall with Caleb.

The bed is covered with the much coveted Rosali pattern by Cath Kidston for Ikea. I want to say it came out maybe 5 or 6 years ago? I loved it so when I saw it in the catalog. I loved it even more when I found tons of it in the As-Is bin. I probably paid $20 total for the set. I see them go for well near $100 on eBay.This bed is actual the most comfortable in the whole house!

The shelves were installed by my loving husband. Even though he knows he must tear them back down when the time comes to paint. It was actually his idea to do a fun wallpaper behind them. I must say I'm impressed by that! The boxes are filled with all my fun stuff like stickers, notepads, invitations.Even a box full of my Christmas cards. I like to get them super cheap that last week between Christmas and New Years. My beloved Home Companion collection is up there as well.
This is my vintage kitchen table now being used as my writing desk. When I get my sewing machine fixed this will also be a work station for that. For now it is a great place to keep track of all my busy mom stuff and for my Tastefully Simple business. And by the way-that is my box of Crayola's!
This is where I'm sitting right now. Just in case you were wondering. Nothing special but that container is full of candy : )
