I love my house. I really do. We are so blessed to become homeowners at such a young age and have somewhere to give our children roots. There are some things I'd like to change but those will come in time. But there are some very special areas in here I really love. Heres the first one:
My built in China cabinet is one of the things that made me love this place! I house my Pistoulet collection on the top 3 shelves. I've been gathering these pieces for around 4 years now. I have service for 8 and we use 4 of these as our everyday dishes. My absolute favorite piece is the Bunny casserole dish. I've never used it though!
The bottoms shelf just holds some odds and ends.
The drawers are great storage for napkins and rings, hot pads and the like.
I use the bottom(which you can't see thanks to the never ending pile of junk that seems to accumulate in that corner)for linens and seldom used serving ware.

I love our 1902 home we purchased more 10 years ago. It is constantly evolving and goes through whatever changes my little heart desires. I love vintage treasures and I'm always on the hunt for them! My hope is that this blog will be a constant scrapbook for my family and home,a place to make new friends and just somewhere to lay out my thoughts, even if they aren't beautiful or inspiring.
