Have you seen a Fairy Door before? I think they are absolutely adorable. I also think that I want one.Yeah....
I did a party last week at my children's kindergarten teacher's house. Her house is just as charming as she is. She served her guests desert on the cutest vintage luncheon plates. Milk glass with flowers and little matching tea cups. She told me they belonged to her mother and that she would use them when the ladies came over to play cards. How adorable is that? Well, when I saw them I knew I wanted a set!Off to eBay I went. I will soon be the proud owner of a set of 4(same pattern!!) at the bargain rate of 99 cents! I also found a plate/saucer set that was too cute not pass up so I'll have that too. I think I found a new obsession!
Speaking of obsessions I absolutely must check The Nester daily. This is one crafty lady who comes up with the BEST ideas! I even borrowed one which I will be showing off in days to come!
Visit her blog and prepare to be inspired!

I love our 1902 home we purchased more 10 years ago. It is constantly evolving and goes through whatever changes my little heart desires. I love vintage treasures and I'm always on the hunt for them! My hope is that this blog will be a constant scrapbook for my family and home,a place to make new friends and just somewhere to lay out my thoughts, even if they aren't beautiful or inspiring.
